The Writers’ Ready Room at Corl House

My fun and supportive method of “conversational group critique” has helped many aspiring writers get published and win awards. However there is no pressure to publish. The goal of The Writers’ Ready Room is to help you convey what you want to say, to help you achieve your personal goals. For all skill levels and all genres but poetry. Afternoon and evening classes in Corvallis OR.  Nine week course: $120 (Corvallis residents) or $150 (non-residents)

 RETREATS 

I lead private writing retreats in Oregon’s exotic locales.  Hosted by writers with vacation homes or other suitable venues, the retreats are very affordable.  They include several “readings for applause,” writer camaraderie, tons of writing time, and at least one, one-hour private consult with me, anything from a brainstorming walk to my “patented” on-the-spot written critique plus discussion.  The host receives my private consults for free.  If you think you might like to host a retreat for your writing buddies, email me with any questions.
